Refund/Cancellation Policy:

If you change your mind about contributing to NNNJKids.org., we would be happy to honor your decision, as long as you request a refund within 15 days of the date on which you made the contribution. Refunds may be requested [over the phone [phone number] or] by email to refunds@NNJKids.org. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the same donor requests more than two refunds in any rolling twelve month period, an administrative charge of $25 will be levied against such donor.  

If you change your mind about contributing to NNNJKids.org on a recurring basis, enrollment may be canceled at any time by [over the phone [phone number] or] by email to cancel@NNJKids.org. Cancellations may take up to 10 days to process.
